Key responsibilities (brief) Driving move-in figures by converting tenant leads into booked viewings and tenancy agreements. Securing optimal rental terms for property owners while maintaining strong landlord relationships. Identifying and actioning valuation leads to expand the managed property portfolio. Conducting structured viewings that highlight key property benefits and secure prompt offers. Guiding tenancy applications through reference checks and compliance to guaranteed move-in dates. Managing applicant pipelines using automated CRM software to ensure rapid response times. Cross-selling ancillary services including tenant insurance and utility management packages. What will help you succeed Proven track record within residential lettings or target-driven estate agency sales. Strong closing ability with a focus on converting viewings into completed tenancies. Working knowledge of UK lettings legislation, compliance standards, and tenancy processes. Self-motivated mindset with a commitment to exceeding monthly financial targets. Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for off-site viewings. What is on offer £25,000 base salary paired with an uncapped, tiered commission structure.
