We are seeking a commercially sharp Lettings Manager to take full ownership of team leadership, business growth, and compliance across Hinckley and the wider Leicestershire footprint. Key responsibilities (brief) Driving branch revenue growth by executing targeted client acquisition campaigns across the local area. Coaching and mentoring a team of negotiators to maximize conversion rates and individual fee generation. Conducting high-value landlord valuations to secure premium managed instructions and expand portfolio market share. Maintaining strict regulatory oversight to ensure total statutory compliance across all managed properties and tenancy files. Optimizing operational workflows through automated property management tools to streamline team workload. Cultivating long-term relationships with institutional landlords and portfolio owners to secure repeat business. Managing monthly branch P&L performance, reporting directly to directors on financial growth metrics. What will help you succeed Proven leadership track record managing a successful residential lettings branch or department. Demonstrated history of winning landlord valuations and growing a managed property portfolio. In-depth, up-to-date expertise in UK lettings legislation, compliance, and ARLA/Propertymark standards. Strong commercial focus with a track record of meeting and exceeding branch revenue targets. Valid UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle. What is on offer £35,000 base salary supported by an uncapped, performance-linked bonus structure. Realistic first-year OTE of £48,000 to £55,000. Executive car allowance or company vehicle option plus business mileage reimbursement.
