As a Lidl Store Manager, you will lead from the front and play a crucial role in building their global business. From managing day-to-day store operations and driving KPI performance to developing and motivating your team, you'll tackle exciting challenges and see the direct results of your hard work. Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Performance: Take full responsibility for managing and improving day-to-day store operations, efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Problem Solving: Optimize store processes and resolve issues swiftly to keep the business running like clockwork.

• Customer Service: Ensure unmatched customer service is delivered to every shopper who walks through the doors.
