We're looking for a motivated IT Support Analyst to join a leading global investment organisation on an exciting 12-month contract!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users and working with the latest workplace technologies.

You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative IT team where you'll gain valuable hands-on experience across 1st and 2nd Line Support in a fast-paced corporate environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing hands-on 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to employees.

• Setting up, configuring and deploying laptops and devices.

• Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and software issues.

• Supporting new starters with IT onboarding and equipment setup.

• Managing IT support tickets and maintaining IT inventory.

• Working alongside experienced technical specialists to resolve issues.

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years' experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support.

• Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.

• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or Zendesk.

• Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge.

• A proactive attitude, strong communication skills and a passion for IT.

• Corporate IT support experience would be a bonus!
