Location: Central Cumbria & West Cumbria

• Drivers Preferred: Due to rural locations and shift times, drivers with access to a vehicle are strongly preferred (though non-drivers with strong transport arrangements are also welcome to apply!).

• Gender Preference: Applications from both female and male candidates are welcome, with a current priority/preference for Female Support Workers to meet specific service user requirements.

• Lone Working: Must be comfortable and confident working independently on occasion.

• Flexibility: Candidates must be willing and available to work a mix of days, nights, and sleep-ins rather than fixed single preferences.
