We’re looking for Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy, friendly warehouse team in Coventry/Exhall. It’s full-time, ongoing work with a chance to go permanent for the right person — basically, if you turn up, work hard, and don’t forklift your lunch, you’re golden.

Your day-to-day job as a FLT Counterbalance driver:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT like a pro (licence required, Jedi skills optional)
• Loading/unloading and moving stock around the warehouse
• Helping the team where needed – teamwork makes the forklifts work

You’ll need:

• A valid Counterbalance licence
• Previous warehouse or FLT experience
• Reliability, a sense of humour, and a safety-first mindset
