An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Assistant to join a busy distribution team in Horsham. You will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the site, helping to keep stock moving smoothly from delivery through to dispatch.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Assistant to join a busy distribution team in Horsham. You will play an important part in the day-to-day running of the site, helping to keep stock moving smoothly from delivery through to dispatch.
Your responsibilities
- Receive incoming deliveries and check items for quantity and quality
- Accurately pick products for customer orders
- Pack goods securely and prepare them for despatch
- Use scanning equipment and warehouse systems to track stock
- Put away deliveries in the correct storage areas
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks
- Move stock safely around the warehouse
- Help maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient working environment
- Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working on your feet in a physically active role
- Able to follow instructions and work to deadlines
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- A team player who is happy to muck in where needed
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stockroom environment would be an advantage, although not essential
- Competitive rate of pay
