Must have’s

• Proven experience working within a sales role
• Genuine passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets
• Highly organised approach when managing bookings and client details

Nice to have’s

• Previous experience in travel sales or within a travel agency environment
• Good geographical knowledge of European and international destinations
• Experience designing bespoke itineraries or quoting tailored travel packages
• Familiarity with travel booking systems or CRM platforms
• Understanding of the luxury travel market and high-end clientele

So, what will you be doing?

• Managing client bookings from initial enquiry through to completion
• Designing and quoting bespoke travel itineraries based on individual customer needs
• Negotiating rates and availability with travel providers
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within reservation systems
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with global clients
• Supporting the Sales Manager and contributing towards team sales targets
• Following company processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
