The Role

As a Store Manager, you’re ready to embrace a unique culture and play a key part in building a global business. From taking ownership of your store and keeping customers happy to developing and inspiring your team, you’ll lead from the front and guide operations toward success. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Development: Motivate and support your team, learning from company values and creating an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work.

• Store Operations: Manage and improve day-to-day operations and store performance against key performance indicators.

• Problem Solving: Optimize processes and solve problems to keep the store running like clockwork and your team focused on tasks.

• Customer Service: Make sure that excellent customer service is given to everyone who shops with us.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: Proven experience leading and developing a team in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

• Core Skills: Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.

• Supportive Approach: A genuine pride in offering unmatched support to your customers and team through every shift.

• Communication: Strong communication skills to tackle even the trickiest conversations.

• Performance Management: The confidence to monitor, manage, and improve your store’s key performance indicators.

What You’ll Receive

• Competitive Salary: £46,000 - £66,000 per annum based on equal opportunity and pay structures.
