Warehouse Operative / Transit Van Driver 

📍 Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

💷 Pay: £13.00 per hour

🕘 Hours: 09:30 – 17:00 (minimum 8 hours paid per day)

📅 Days: Monday to Friday

 
I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a small family-run distribution company based in Hemel Hempstead, who are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join their team.

 
This is a hands-on role predominantly based in the warehouse, with occasional local driving duties (maximum of 2 deliveries per day) using a company transit van across Hertfordshire.

 
Key Duties:

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• General warehouse duties and stock organisation
• Completing local deliveries when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Good knowledge of Hertfordshire roads
• Own transport to travel to and from site
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
