We are recruiting Trainee Production Operators for our client, Cranswick, in Cullybackey. Pay Rate - £12.71 per hour + Holiday Pay

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm

Job Type - Full Time, Temporary to Permanent

Job Duties

- Packing finished meat products to company and customer standards.

- Assisting with basic meat preparation and butchery duties.

- Learning to safely handle, trim and prepare different cuts of meat under supervision.

- Assisting experienced butchers with production and preparation tasks.

- Supplying packaging and materials to production lines.

- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

- Following food hygiene and safe food-handling procedures at all times.

- Maintaining clean and organised work areas, tools and equipment.

- Carrying out manual handling, including moving products and materials.

- Working as part of a busy production and butchery team to meet daily production targets.

- Following all health and safety procedures and company instructions.

Job Criteria

- No experience required – full training provided

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

- Good attention to detail

- Reliable with a strong work ethic

- Able to carry out manual handling duties
