Cover Supervisor – Secondary School 

Milk Education are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in L18 and are seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to start in September until the end of the school year.

This is a fantastic temporary opportunity at a long-established coeducational school known for its mix of academic focus, extracurricular activities, and a traditional yet evolving ethos. It offers a broad curriculum alongside sports, music, and community opportunities, aiming to develop well-rounded students in a structured environment.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure a safe, positive, and productive learning environment
• Support students with their learning during teacher absences

Requirements:

• UK classroom experience is essential
• Experience working within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• A confident, professional, and adaptable approach
• Passion for supporting young people’s education
