FP&A Analyst

FP&A Analyst | Up to £65k + Bonus | Swindon (Hybrid)

Are you tired of the endless, repetitive month-end close? Do you want to move beyond just reporting the past and start shaping the future? We're currently partnering with a highly acquisitive professional services firm to find a FP&A Analyst. This role will focus on turning the data into clear and compelling stories that will support decision making. You will be a qualified accountant with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will also have demonstrable experience within FP&A, in Planning, Forecasting and Business Partnering, with the ambition to develop towards a Manager position.

The Role:

• Support on budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning cycles
• Produce high-quality analysis, reports and commentary to support decision-making
• Highlight risks, opportunities and key drivers of performance 
• Develop dynamic models 
• Perform scenario analysis to asses key business questions 
• Continuously look to improve how insights are communicated and delivered 

Your Profile:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified with 1-3 years experience in FP&A
• Strong Excel skills and confident working with data
• Confident communicator 
• Ability to challenge and commercially aware
