Site Administrator (Birmingham)

Net Temps are working with a well-established company who are currently seeking an Site Administrator for a temporary role on a Building and Construction site.

• Location: Birmingham B44
• Duration: Ongoing work (18 months)
• Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour basic PAYE with the ability to enrol your holiday pay into your hourly rate which would make £15.70 per hour

Duties of an Site Administrator will include:

• Provide support to site teams – collate, input and keep up to date with filing systems
• First point of contact on site – sign visitors in and out of site
• Arrange and order office supplies – stationery and cleaning products
• Allocate ingoing and outgoing mail to correct staff/issuing post externally
• Diary keeping for site staff
• Booking meeting rooms

Requirements:

• MUST have administration experience
• Ideally have construction experience
• MUST have working reference
• MUST have the right to work in the UK
