Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

The Role:
Handle customer enquiries by phone and email
Manage the shared inbox and update the CRM system
Support Key Account Managers with administration
Follow up quotations and customer enquiries
Make outbound customer calls and provide updates
Ensure excellent customer service at every stage.

What we’re looking for:
Previous customer service and/or administration experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good Microsoft Office skills
Positive, proactive team player
Comfortable using CRM systems
