The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Goods In Warehouse Operative to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving deliveries, checking incoming goods against delivery notes, ensuring stock is accurately recorded, and organising items within the warehouse. You will also assist with general warehouse duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Goods In Warehouse Operative to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving deliveries, checking incoming goods against delivery notes, ensuring stock is accurately recorded, and organising items within the warehouse. You will also assist with general warehouse duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries.
- Checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy and damage.
- Recording incoming stock and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Labelling and organising stock in the correct warehouse locations.
- Reporting any damaged, missing or incorrect items.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and manual handling when required.
- Previous warehouse or goods-in experience preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and a reliable approach to work.
- Comfortable with manual handling duties where required.
