Pharmacy Assistant

MedActiv is presently looking for a Pharmacy Assistant to assist licensed pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications and other pharmaceuticals to inpatients, healthcare providers, outpatients and customers

He/she will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities

Performing day-to-day dispensing activities in accordance with professional standards and scope of practice;

Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience;

Maintaining accurate stock control and carrying out related administrative duties;

Complying with all internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements;

Assisting in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient pharmacy environment.

Job Requirements

Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent;

At least one (1) year of experience in a similar role;

Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment will be an advantage.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required;

Good interpersonal and communication skills;

Strong planning and organizational abilities;

Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills;

Computer literate with knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications;

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
