£22.50 - £23.00 per hour CIS
Mileage Paid at 45p per Mile
3-Month Contract
Start Date: Monday 2nd November

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to work on a social housing contract covering the Partington, Oldham, Leigh and Stockport areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term contract with consistent work across occupied social housing properties.

Duties Will Include:

• Installation of loft hatches
• Door undercutting works
• Installation of trickle vents
• Carrying out joinery works within tenanted social housing properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety requirements
• Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied homes

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience working within social housing, repairs or maintenance environments
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own vehicle required
• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• £22.50 - £23.00 per hour CIS
• 45p per mile mileage allowance
