Multiskilled operative

CONSTRUCTION OPERATIVES, TRADES & MANAGEMENT REQUIRED - UK WIDE
Location: SE28
Duration: Up to 12 months' work
Rates: Negotiable

One Way is looking to recruit construction operatives, skilled tradespeople, site supervisors and site managers for a range of projects across the UK. You MUST have either CTC or EL1 Clearance to work on UK Prisons.

There is the opportunity for up to a year's worth of work for suitable candidates who hold the relevant security clearances.

General Operatives
Skilled Tradespeople across all construction disciplines
Groundworkers and Plant Operators
Electricians, Plumbers and Carpenters
Site Supervisors and Gangers
Site Managers and Construction Managers
Other construction professionals with relevant experience

Requirements:
✅ Valid EL1 and CTC clearance, as required for the relevant role
✅ Relevant trade qualifications, tickets or CSCS card where applicable
✅ Previous construction site experience
✅ Willingness to travel to projects across the UK
✅ Reliable, professional and able to work to site requirements

Rates are negotiable depending on role, experience and project requirements.
