Work: Fire Door Installation on Occupied Social Housing Properties

We are currently looking for an experienced Fire Door Joiner to work on a social housing contract in Blyth.

The role will involve working within occupied properties, carrying out the installation of fire doors to a high standard. As you will be working in tenants' homes, we are looking for someone who is experienced, professional and respectful when dealing with residents.

Duties will include:

• Installation of fire doors and associated joinery
• Working within occupied social housing properties
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Maintaining a professional manner when working around tenants
• Following site and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience installing fire doors
• Previous social housing or occupied property experience preferred
• Asbestos Awareness
• Manual Handling
• Working at Heights
• Face Fit certificate/test preferred
• If you do not currently have Face Fit, you must be willing to obtain one
• Relevant joinery experience/qualifications
• Ability to work professionally within occupied homes
