This is an opportunity to join a mortgage business offering a flexible, fully remote working environment for an experienced mortgage professional. Working closely with the Director, you will play an important role in supporting the technical and operational side of the business. The position would suit someone with a strong understanding of the mortgage market who enjoys researching products, working with lender criteria and ensuring clients receive the right mortgage solutions.

Mortgage Paraplanner Responsibilities;

• Research lenders, mortgage products and lending criteria to identify suitable options for clients.
• Compare mortgage products and assist with recommendations.
• Prepare suitability reports and supporting documentation.
• Support front-end mortgage case preparation.
• Manage meeting invitations, diary coordination and general administration.
• Provide proactive support to the Director and help improve daily processes.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Paraplanner;

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Paraplanner or in a similar technical mortgage role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lender criteria.
• Experience preparing suitability reports and mortgage documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
