1:1 Teaching Assistant

Zest Education are looking for a nurturing 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil at a primary school in Sutton Coldfield. This role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with children who require additional guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 academic and emotional support

• Assist with individualised learning activities

• Encourage focus, confidence and engagement

• Liaise with teaching staff and parents regarding progress

• Help maintain a supportive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a primary setting

• A patient and compassionate approach

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow direction from teaching and SEND teams
