Learning Support Assistant – SEN School in Lichfield
Full-time and Part-time Roles Available
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs? Zest Education is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Lichfield.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of pupils with autism, complex learning disabilities, and additional communication or sensory needs.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Support students aged 5–19 with autism, communication difficulties, and sensory needs
- Help manage and de‑escalate challenging behaviours
- Adapt your communication style to meet individual learning needs
- Promote independence, emotional regulation, and academic progress
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised support

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
