Part‑Time Nursery Practitioner

Zest Education is delighted to be recruiting for a part‑time Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly, well‑established nursery in Lichfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring, motivated and qualified practitioner who is passionate about supporting early childhood development.

We are looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity and a nurturing approach to the Early Years environment.

About the Role

• Part‑time position
• Shifts between 07:30 – 18:00 (flexible part‑time hours within opening times)
• Working with babies, toddlers or pre‑school depending on experience
• Supporting children’s learning, development and daily routines
• Creating fun, engaging and age‑appropriate activities
• Ensuring a safe, caring and stimulating environment

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Childcare qualification preferred
• Level 2 considered
• No unqualified applicants
• Ideally Paediatric First Aid (PFA) – not essential
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Warm, positive and enthusiastic approach
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Ability to work well as part of a team
