Business Analyst | D365 | Retail | London | On Site | £60,000 - £65,000
Zachary Daniels are supporting an established retail business in recruiting a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
This is an opportunity to work closely with business and technology teams, translating operational requirements into practical system improvements. You'll bring a structured approach to understanding processes, identifying opportunities for change and helping the business get more from D365.
The Role
As Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and solutions support the needs of the business.
Role Responsibilities
· Facilitate workshops to gather, challenge and document business requirements.
· Map current and future processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
· Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
· Support the delivery of changes and enhancements involving D365.
· Work closely with technical teams and implementation partners to assess proposed solutions.
· Support UAT, defect resolution and business sign-off.
· Produce clear documentation and support users through system and process changes.
About You
· Experience working as a Business Analyst on systems or business change projects.
· Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
· Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
· Confident translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
· Experience supporting testing and the adoption of new processes.
· Retail, fashion, consumer or supply chain experience would be advantageous.
