Level 3 Teaching Assistants

Zest Education is looking for experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work on a day-to-day basis at a nursery school in Atherstone This role is ideal for teaching assistants who want to make a meaningful impact in supportive and friendly school environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities

• Provide support to individual pupils and small groups

• Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere

• Encourage pupils’ learning, development, and confidence

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent

• Experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary/nursery school

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to supporting pupils
