KS1 Teacher – Redditch

A vibrant primary school in Redditch is seeking a motivated KS1 Teacher to join their team. You’ll play a key role in supporting early learning and helping children build strong foundations.

The Role

• Plan and deliver high‑quality KS1 lessons
• Provide structured phonics and early reading support
• Create a nurturing, well‑organised classroom
• Assess and monitor pupil progress
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

• QTS with KS1 experience
• Strong behaviour management
