About the role
A welcoming primary school in Warwick now seeks a confident Teaching Assistant for a full‑time September start. As you begin this role, you take an active position in the classroom and support pupils across daily learning. You work closely with the class teacher and help create a calm, structured and engaging environment. Moreover, you feel confident leading lessons when required and maintain clear routines that help pupils stay focused. Additionally, you support behaviour, guide small groups and ensure every child feels ready to learn.
