Senior HR Advisor

Folk recruitment are partnering with a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing organisation supporting with the recruitment of a Senior HR Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a CIPD qualified HR professional who enjoys partnering with operational managers, handling complex employee relations matters, and supporting a workforce within a dynamic environment.

Reporting into the site HR Business Partner, you will provide professional and proactive HR support across a broad range of HR activities, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, investigation, capability and absence management matters.
• Providing practical HR guidance and coaching to line managers.
• Supporting engagement, wellbeing and people initiatives across the site.
• Coordinating appraisal and performance management processes.
• Supporting all recruitment activities from posting job adverts through to the issuing of contracts to new starters.
• Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining HR systems, records and reporting requirements.
• Supporting payroll processes and time management systems.
  

As the ideal candidate you will be CIPD level 5 qualified and have previously operated within a Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics or Engineering environment. Your experience will have a bias towards Employee Relations whilst supporting in other areas such as Recruitment, Development, Payroll, HR data and HR projects.
