HGV Class 2 ADR Driver – Widnes, Cheshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to join our well-established client based in Widnes, Cheshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, Monday to Friday work, and long-term stability with a leading company in the industry.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 2 ADR Driver / Truck Driver / Category C Driver.

Curtain sided ADR work. 

Shifts:

 •  Monday – Friday
 •  Start times 06:00

Rates of Pay:

 •  £17.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a HGV Class 2 ADR Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

 •  Driving Category C vehicles safely and efficiently on Monday to Friday shifts
 •  Completing between 5–12 product deliveries to customers across the UK each day
 •  Safely unloading deliveries to clients 
 •  Completing all required paperwork accurately

Essential Skills:

As a HGV Class 2 ADR Driver, you will need:

• Minimum of 24 months’ experience driving Category C vehicles
• Valid UK Category C Driving Licence
• Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid ADR Certificate
• No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99)
• No major endorsement codes
• Strong customer service skills

Desirable Experience:

 •  Multi-drop store delivery experience

Training:

 •  First day driving assessment
 •  Training provided as and when required
 •  Ongoing industry-related training and support
