Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for a forward-thinking Mechanical Engineer to joining a family run business who are based in Daventry. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background and experience working with diesel engines.

You will be required to work in the workshop, but also occasionally visit customer sites when required, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Hours of work:

• Monday to Thursday – 08:00- 16:30

• Friday – 08: 00-13:00

• Our client is happy to consider full time or part time

Key Responsibilities:

• Rebuilding & Repairing

• Working on Diesel Engines

• Fault finding

• Maintenance (Petrol, diesel and gas engines)

• Electric diagnostics skills

• Common rail ECU electronics fault finding

• Customer service

To be successful you will need to have the following:

• Mechanical background

• Repaired and rebuilt diesel engines

• Diagnostic skills including electrics
