Family Support Worker

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Family Support Worker for a local authority in North London.

In this role, you will support children and families through targeted interventions, early help and partnership working to improve outcomes.

Duties:

• Provide targeted support to disabled children, young people and their families.
• Conduct family visits and respond to emerging needs and concerns.
• Work with social care teams, schools and partner agencies.
• Promote early intervention, family resilience and safeguarding.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience supporting children, young people and families.
• Experience working with vulnerable or disabled children.
• Experience working with social care teams and partner agencies.
• Experience delivering family support and early intervention services.

What's on offer:

Salary: £27ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6 months minimum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
