Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Counterbalance Driver to join their busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role supporting inbound stock control, inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. If you’re organised, computer literate, and take pride in accuracy, we’d love to hear from you.

Working Hours:

• 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday
• Initial training period of 2-3 weeks, working 08:00 – 16:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently to load, unload and move stock around the warehouse
• Transporting pallets and goods between warehouse locations and designated storage areas
• Supporting goods-in activities, including checking deliveries and storing stock correctly
• Carrying out daily FLT checks and reporting any defects or safety concerns
• Using warehouse systems to update stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures and maintaining high housekeeping standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous
• Counterbalance B1 licence
• A Basic DBS check will be required
