Life at THG Beauty

We know that beauty isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our portfolio of leading retailers and iconic beauty brands caters to everyone, everywhere, empowering customers all over the world to look and feel fantastic.

By combining our portfolio of owned brands inclusive of ESPA, Ameliorate and Christophe Robin, with a marketplace for over 1,300 third-party beauty brands through online retail sites LOOKFANTASTIC, Cult Beauty, and Dermstore, THG Beauty's ambition is to be the global digital partner of choice across the beauty industry, supporting the channel shift to online.

THG Beauty’s breadth of relationships is unique to the beauty market; it engages with brands as a retailer, a brand owner, and a product developer and manufacturer, making it the industry’s digital strategic leader.

Why be a Creative Project Manager at THG Beauty?

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Creative Project Manager to become the operational engine of the Creative team. You’ll own the flow of work across Creative, Content, Artwork and Edit by creating visibility across briefs, timelines, resource, feedback and delivery while ensuring projects keep moving. Working closely with the Head of Creative, Creative Leads and wider Marketing teams, you’ll bring structure to a fast-moving environment, anticipate pressure points and remove blockers before they impact delivery. This role doesn’t own the creative decisions, but it creates the conditions for the Creative team to do its best work.

As Creative Project Manager, you’ll:

Creative Workflow & Project Delivery

  • Manage creative projects from brief through to final delivery.
  • Build and maintain timelines, milestones and critical paths.
  • Ensure briefs are complete and ready before work begins.
  • Track actions, dependencies, feedback and approvals.
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers.

Resource & Capacity Planning

  • Maintain visibility of workload across Creative, Content, Artwork and Edit.
  • Support allocation of work based on priorities, deadlines and available resource.
  • Identify upcoming capacity pressures early.
  • Work with the Head of Creative and Creative Leads to balance priorities and flag where additional support may be required.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a central point of contact for project status and delivery.
  • Partner with Marketing, Trade, Social, Retail Media, Production and wider teams.
  • Chase missing inputs, feedback and approvals to keep work moving.
  • Communicate changes to scope, timing or priorities clearly.

Creative Operations

  • Own and evolve Creative trackers, project management tools and working processes.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and visibility.
  • Support the operational management of asset matrices once requirements have been defined.
  • Help establish efficient workflows across the growing in-house Creative function.
  • Identify recurring inefficiencies and recommend better ways of working.

Planning & Prioritisation

  • Maintain a forward view of upcoming campaigns, BAU and key delivery periods.
  • Help connect monthly and seasonal planning with Creative capacity.
  • Highlight clashes and risks before they become delivery problems.
  • Support regular Creative status and resource meetings with clear actions and priorities.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Exceptionally organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • A confident communicator who can work across creative and commercial teams.
  • Solutions-focused and comfortable challenging unrealistic timelines or incomplete briefs.
  • Able to see both the detail of today's delivery and the bigger picture ahead.
  • Collaborative, approachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Experience in creative project management, traffic management or creative operations.
  • Experience managing integrated creative projects and multiple deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and approval processes.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience using project-management platforms such as Monday.com, Workfront or similar.
  • Confidence managing timelines, priorities and competing deadlines.

DESIRABLE

  • Beauty, fashion, retail or e-commerce experience.
  • Experience working within an in-house Creative team or agency.
  • Understanding of creative production, content, artwork and post-production workflows.
  • Experience with resource and capacity planning.
  • Experience improving or implementing creative processes.

WHY JOIN LOOKFANTASTIC

  • Play a central role in how an ambitious in-house Creative team operates.
  • Work across major campaigns, content, social, BAU and brand-building activity.
  • Help shape and improve Creative processes rather than simply inherit them.
  • Join a collaborative team during an exciting period of growth and evolution
