QSW (Qualified Social Worker)

Norfolk County Council is seeking a skilled and flexible Locum Social Worker to support our Adults Safeguarding team on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to adult safeguarding concerns, undertaking enquiries and investigations in line with Section 42 of the Care Act.

• Complete risk assessments and develop safeguarding plans, working collaboratively with adults at risk, their families, carers, and multi-agency partners.

• Maintain clear and accurate case records, ensuring compliance with statutory guidance and organisational policies.

• Support the wider safeguarding team by participating in case conferences, strategy meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
