About the role
Paul Smith is one of Britain’s leading independent design companies, driven by a spirit of curiosity, playfulness, adaptability and passion. These values shape every aspect of the brand, whether it’s a shirt, a shop or a special collaboration. Reaffirming the values that Paul set down in 1970, ‘classic with a twist’ remains the guiding principle of the company. Happily positioned between high fashion and formalwear, while taking reference from both, Paul Smith has always been proud to stand apart.
We are looking for a Full Time Sales Consultant to join our Heathrow's team. Located in Terminal 2 at Heathrow Airport, our shop is one of three Paul Smith locations at the airport - one of the world’s busiest international travel hubs. Since opening in 2014, it has offered a carefully curated selection of Paul Smith menswear, womenswear, and accessories. As a Paul Smith Brand Ambassador, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience through confident storytelling, genuine connection, and a playful spirit. You’ll bring energy to the shop floor, build lasting client relationships, and embody our Brand Values every day.
What you’ll be doing
• Deliver the Paul Smith sales ceremony: greet, discover, propose, close, and follow up.
• Build authentic relationships through curiosity and attentive listening.
• Bring collections and collaborations to life through engaging storytelling.
• Create memorable, above-and-beyond experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store performance.
• Take ownership of stock processes, including deliveries, transfers, and returns.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping.
• Use in-store technology confidently to enhance the client journey.
Who you are
• Passionate about style, culture, and the Paul Smith brand.
• Naturally curious, with an interest in fashion, music, art, and design.
• Adaptable and confident in a dynamic retail environment.
• Playful yet professional, with individual flair.
• Motivated, collaborative, and commercially driven.
• Reliable, approachable, and proactive.
Why you’ll love working with us
We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your lifestyle and wellbeing, which includes a generous Commission Scheme, partially subsidised parking, a 60% staff discount and a seasonal clothing allowance. You’ll also enjoy 33 days’ annual leave with the option to buy or sell holiday days, wellbeing support and other perks to keep you motivated and inspired.
