Make an impact

• Employee Master Data Administration: you will be responsible for keeping employee information accurate and up-to-date; from updating personal details (such as addresses, bank account information, contact details or nationality) to processing name changes and other employee record updates.
• Employment Data Administration: you will support a wide range of employment-related changes. This includes updating job titles, departments, cost centers, managers, work locations, grades and contractual information, ensuring that all changes are reflected accurately and in a timely manner.
• Organizational Management: you will help maintain the organizational structure; whether by creating new positions, managing reporting line changes, or supporting organizational redesign initiatives, your work will help ensure that our systems accurately reflect the way our organization operates.
• Data Quality & System Maintenance: you will regularly perform validation checks, investigate and correct data inconsistencies, support data cleansing initiatives and execute mass updates when required.
• Knowledge Management and Process Documentation: you will contribute to maintaining and improving work instructions, process documentation and knowledge articles.
• Customer Support & Collaboration: through our ticketing system you will respond to requests, resolve inquiries and help ensure a seamless flow of information across teams globally.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred,
• experience in P&O, Shared Service Center, administration or customer service environment,
• familiarity with HR systems such as SAP, Workday or SuccessFactors,
• understanding of HR processes and data privacy requirements,
• enjoy solving problems and investigating data-related issues,
• have strong attention to detail and a structured way of working,
• can work independently and manage your workload effectively.
