Key Responsibilities
- Calculate member benefit entitlements
- Respond to stakeholder queries
- Prepare and collate pension scheme information
- Experience within a third-party administrator or in-house scheme
- Knowledge of DB pension schemes
- Strong communication, numeracy, and attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
- Desirable: Progress towards a professional qualification (e.g. PMI)
