About the role

The Victory Primary School wishes to appoint a qualified SENCO, or some willing to undertake the qualification, to lead and manage support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and disabilities (SEND). They will be a key member of the team with no regular teaching responsibilities. They will oversee inclusive practices across the school and be highly effective in managing quality provision for children with SEND, raising standards and enabling all pupils to achieve their very best.

Working with SEND pupils will be a vocation of the successful applicant, and they will come with knowledge and enthusiasm. United Learning offers a generous salary and relocation expenses, where required. Together we can achieve ‘The Best in Everyone’.
