The Role

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help maintain exceptionally high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment. What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles.

• Problem Solve: Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively.

• Store Operations: Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Floor Excellence: Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly.

• Customer Focus: Give customers the very best experience every time they visit your store.
