We are currently recruiting experienced Pickers to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Crawley.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, speed and reliability are key. You will be picking customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected and prepared for dispatch.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, speed and reliability are key. You will be picking customer orders using a handheld scanner or pick list, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected and prepared for dispatch.
Duties include:
- Picking goods accurately using RF scanners, pick lists or voice-picking systems
- Checking product codes, quantities and order details
- Packing orders where required
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse
- Supporting loading, unloading and general warehouse duties when needed
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working to daily targets and dispatch deadlines
- Previous experience as a Picker, Picker Packer or Warehouse Operative
- Confident using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work at pace in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for the shift
- Right to work in the UK
- Full induction and health and safety training
- Ongoing temporary work with the opportunity for a permanent position
