Lead Generation Executive

Pertemps Daventry are recruiting for a Lead Generation Executive to join a successful and growing business based in Daventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident individual who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and generating opportunities for businesses across a variety of sectors.

Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and booking appointments for a diverse portfolio of clients, while maintaining accurate records of activity through the company's CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound business-to-business calls
  
  
• Generate leads and book appointments for clients
  
  
• Work across multiple campaigns and industries
  
  
• Build rapport with prospective customers
  
  
• Adapt scripts and conversations where required
  
  
• Accurately record activity using CRM systems
  
  
• Use SharePoint and Excel to manage campaign information
  
  
• Work towards individual and team targets
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  
• Confident and professional telephone manner
  
  
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven
  
  
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
  
  
• Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, sales, or customer service would be advantageous
