Production Planning Lead

Copello are recruiting for an experienced Production Planning & Control Lead to establish and lead the planning function within a rapidly expanding advanced manufacturing environment in Swindon. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production planning and control within a regulated manufacturing sector such as aerospace, defence, automotive, electronics, or medical devices. Experience supporting major growth programmes, new facility launches, or significant operational transformations would be highly advantageous.
