Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialised nursing care for patients in a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalised care plans.
• Ensure that all patient documentation is updated regularly and accurately.
• Monitor patients' progress and intervene when necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Deliver patient-focused care while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

Location:

Edinburgh, South Scotland

Rates:

• Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
• Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
• Contract Type: Inside IR35

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
• Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
