We're partnering with a growing specialist consultancy looking for an experienced Delivery Consultant with a technology background to join their team in Crawley.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality candidates to clients, building strong talent networks and working alongside a collaborative team to support business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing and attracting top technology talent across areas such as software development, cloud, data, cyber security and infrastructure.
• Screening candidates and assessing their skills against client requirements.
• Managing recruitment delivery from initial sourcing and screening through to interviews, feedback and offers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, creating talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Partnering with recruitment consultants and account managers to deliver against client requirements.
• Staying up to date with technology hiring trends and identifying hard-to-find talent.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing or recruitment delivery is essential.
• Experience recruiting within technology, IT or digital markets, with a good understanding of technical roles and skills.
• A proven ability to source, engage and qualify high-quality candidates.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for recruitment.
