Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Telesales Team Lead to support the Head of Telesales in leading a customer focused sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated telesales professional with strong leadership skills to help drive performance, develop colleagues, and deliver exceptional service to our pharmacy customers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in motivating, coaching and supporting a flexible, multi-skilled team, ensuring sales targets are achieved whilst maintaining outstanding customer service standards. You will champion continuous improvement, foster a positive team culture, and lead by example in a fast paced and competitive marketplace.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Telesales in leading the team to achieve sales targets ·            
• To create and maintain positive working relationships with the field sales teams·       
• To drive continuous improvement within the team      
• Assist in leading daily tasks e.g Stuck Orders/Offers/redistribution of call-sheets etc ·       
• To help coach and motivate team-members by way of call-reviews/trading report reviews/ongoing sales reviews etc ·       
• To assist team members in dealing with queries/complaints ·       
• To lead the team when the Head of Telesales is on holiday ·       
  
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Expertise in the use of Navision ERP system
• Strong microsoft excel skills including ability to produce reports
• Experience working in pharmacy / healthcare telesales 
• Ability to support customers through the sales journey 
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Customer complaint resolution experience
