We are currently building a talent pool to meet ongoing staffing needs across the region and are seeking dedicated Welsh-Speaking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our trusted partner’s team. This role is based in Caerphilly and is ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting Welsh Medium learners. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting students with their learning in a Welsh Language Learning Support environment, ensuring inclusion and fostering a positive educational experience. This is an ongoing position, offering a daily rate of £92.56, with the potential for consistent work and professional growth. ### Requirements: - Proven experience working within Welsh Medium education settings - Strong Welsh language skills, both written and spoken - Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role - Ability to work flexibly and support students with varying needs - Enthusiastic and proactive approach to supporting education - Enhanced DBS check (SET Recruitment will cover the cost of the first DBS for any candidate not already on the update service) ### Benefits: Joining our talent pool means you will have access to ongoing opportunities within the region, with the chance to develop your skills further through our free training platform.
