About the role

We are seeking an inspiring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join our fantastic EYFS team. • Child-Centred Learning: Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing indoor and outdoor learning environment that encourages independent exploration.
  • Assessment & Progress: Use ongoing formative assessment to track child development, tailoring next steps to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with EYFS teaching assistants, the nursery team, and the SENDCo to provide seamless support.
  • Parental Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers to ensure a collaborative approach to each child's learning journey.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs are welcome to apply).
  • Has a deep understanding and passion for the EYFS framework and early child development.
  • Is an excellent communicator who can inspire children, motivate staff, and engage parents.
  • Brings energy, creativity, and a sense of fun to the classroom.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.

What We Offer

  • Enthusiastic, well-behaved, and eager-to-learn children.
  • A supportive, collaborative, and friendly staff team.
  • Excellent opportunities for continuous professional development (CPD) and career progression.
  • A well-resourced indoor and outdoor early years environment.
