Position Overview

Due to expansion of our fastest growing division, we are looking for an additional Recruitment Partner to join our Scope of Work function. Working closely with the SOW team and wider business, this role is responsible for international end-to-end recruitment delivery against secured SOW contracts. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Group Account Manager and Service Delivery Manager/s to understand client requirements for new SOW contracts.
• Manage and deliver recruitment projects in line with agreed scope, timescales, and service levels.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a mix of headhunting, database, networking, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients throughout delivery, ensuring expectations are managed and exceeded.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to both clients and Zitko on progress and performance.
• Build and maintain talent pools aligned to future client needs.
• Contribute to process improvements and ensure best practice recruitment delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in recruitment delivery / resourcing / account management within a professional services environment.
• Track record of delivering against multiple, complex roles simultaneously.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with both clients and candidates.
• Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Confident communicator, able to represent the business professionally with clients.
• Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-led environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours when required to accommodate international client needs
• Ability to travel internationally for client site visits and industry events.

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Managing Consultant, working in close collaboration with the Group Account Manager, and Service Delivery Manager/s and wider business.

Location

Hybrid (St Neots HQ) or remote (UK-based), with some client site visits as required.

Remuneration Package

Base Salary

• £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.

Bonus / Incentives

• Quarterly performance bonus tied to:
• Successful delivery against client SOWs.
• Achievement of candidate placement and project delivery KPIs.
