Registered Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) | Neuro Rehabilitation

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-Time Permanent (40 hours per week)

Please note: We do not hold licences to support overseas candidates. You must have previous experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within a healthcare setting.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join a specialist neurological rehabilitation service in Leicestershire, supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, spinal injuries and other complex healthcare needs.

This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Coalville, Lutterworth, Ashby-de-la-Zouch and surrounding areas.

As an experienced Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational, clinical and regulatory leadership, ensuring the service delivers safe, effective and person-centred care whilst maintaining high standards across all areas of the service.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical governance, safeguarding and compliance, while working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care, support staff development and drive continuous service improvement.

Requirements:

• A positive, caring and compassionate approach to delivering high quality care.
• The ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• A relevant Registered Nurse qualification (RGN / RMN / RNLD).
• A current and unrestricted NMC registration.
• Significant experience within a Registered Manager or senior leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and clinical governance.
• Experience managing staffing, budgets, recruitment and operational performance.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p.
• NVQ Level 5 qualification or equivalent
